"I stopped in with a friend to sample some of the cheeses. They actually serve some sandwiches and such, but we had already eaten lunch. Next time. As for the cheeses, the owner let us sample about 15 of them which was all that were available. He was working on some others that were not ready yet. Each one was delicious and favorites depended on personal taste. He uses every kind of nut including cashew, macadamia, pistachio, brazil nut, etc. They are sold by weight, in ounce increments. We each bought three different types of cheeses. I look forward to the grand opening!"
